Forbidden Love : Mike 2nd story
Nath : (..eh? My head's being patted..?)
I didn't know how long had passed since then, However, i woke up to the nice feeling of somebody patting my head
Nath : "mi..ke..?"
Mike : "you awake?"
Nath : "..eh!? why did i end up sleeping too?!"
Mike : "even if you ask me why.. i woke up because you elbowed me while half-asleep"
Nath : "s-sorry!"
Mike : "ahaha, don't worry about it. i was kidding"
Nath : (jeez, Mike is so mean.. but i'm a little relieved)
Mike : "hm? what is it?"
Nath : "i'm just a bit relieved now since you look better now than before you slept"
Mike : "yeah, i really hadn't been able to sleep recently. The doctor told me i fainted because of overwork
and lack of sleep
Nath : "i see..
Mike : "more importantly, Robert will be calling soon so get ready"
Nath : "eh? what time is it now?"
Mike : "before seven, we both slept about two hours
Nath : (even though i was supposed to take care of Mike, I ended up sleeping too...)
Mike : "Nath?"
Nath : "sorry. Even though you're the one who's more tired..."
Mike : "no, it's fine. I felt considerably better after seeing your sleeping face"
Nath : "..looking at people's sleeping face is in bad taste"
Mike : "you were drooling, and you talked in your sleep too"
Nath : "seriously!?"
Mike : "no"
Mike looked at my face with a teasing smile
Nath : "i hate you, Mike"
Mike : "i was just kidding"
Nath : "i hate you"
Mike : "i'm sorry, so cheer up"
Nath : "h-hey, don't tickle me! My clothes will get wrinkled, you know!?"
Mike : "since you slept without changing, it's already too late. Anyway, you'll just get them cleaned, right?"
Nath : "that's true, but.."
Knock Knock
Robert : "Sir, madam, May i have some of your time?
Nath : "Robert ? "
Mike : "yeah, he's probably calling us because it's about time for dinner"
Robert : "no, actually..i am not here to inform you that dinner is ready. A guest has arrived.."
Nath : "a guest? who's here at this time?"
Mike : "who knows? i wasn't expecting anybody.."
???? : "michael, are you here? how long do you plan to make me wait?"
Robert : "please wait! Sir has fallen sick"
Nath : "it's noisy in the hallway"
Mike : "...for some reason, i just have a bad feeling"
After Mike let out a small sigh, he fixed himself up and went towards the hallway
Nath : "w-wait..i'm coming too"
Mike : "you stay here. it'll be enough to have just me as that sly uncle's company"
Nath : (by sly uncle.. could the guest be uncle Sam?)
Mike : "why are you making such a fuss in the hallway?"
Robert : "...sir, i truly apologize"
Mike : "no, you're not to blame"
Sam : "it is as if you're saying that i just came in here and started making a fuss by myself"
Mike : "i apologize. but that is exactly what i think"
Sam : "hmpph.."
Mike : "you just came into the estate even though i did not have an appointment with you. Have you never
heard the good fences make good neighbours?"
sam : "..i apologize. However, it was natural for me to be worried and come running when i heard that
the CEO fainted, was it not?"
Mike : "i apologize for worrying you, However, if you came running because you were concerned,
you are rather late for that"
sam : "...."
Robert : "Sir, the truth is master Sam came in carrying this"
Sam : "t-that's..."
Mike : "..a photo for a marriage interview? as this photo is of a man, that would suggest you brought this
here for Nath ? "
Nath : (a photo for marriage interview!?)
I could hear Mike and uncle Sam talking from within the room, and i almost spoke up
Nath : "(why would uncle Sam come with a marriage interview for me!?)
Sam : "i was thinking of handing that over at the same time as coming to visit you.."
Mike : "you did not say anything about that until Robert spoke up"
Sam : ".. the father of the man in the photo is inferior to the Jones, but the son is still from a considerably
large company. This is an enterprise that the jones group has not involved itself in up until now..
A marriage between Nath and him would have be greatly beneficial for the Jones Group"
Nath : (in order words, uncle Sam wants to make me have a political marriage..?)
Mike : "that will not be necessary, please take responsibility for that and take it home"
Sam : "however, if you think about the group, a marriage between Nath and him..."
Mike : "you are being rather persistent. I don't want to say this but why is it necessary for you to think
about such things instead of me?"
Sam : "...!"
Mike : "my father entrusted the entirely of the Jones Group to me, not you, but me. Why are you trying to
force the marriage when i have said it is not necessary?"
Sam :"t-that is.."
Mike : "is there perhaps something that makes it necessary for your to have Nath marry the son of that
company?"
Sam : "N-no, not at all.. i simply thought it would be good.."
Mike : "...""
Sam : "t-then, as you seem to be in good health, michael, i will not take up anymore of your time
Mike : "yes. I have not yet totally recovered, so i would like to rest soon"
Sam : "...i apologize for the sudden intrusion"
I heard one set of footsteps heading away as well as Mike's sigh
Nath : (can i come out now?) Mike, just now.."
Mike : "yeah. seems like he came to see you under th pretext of checking up on me"
Nath : "..i wonder why uncle Sam have a marriage interview for me?"
Mike : "Robert"
Robert : "yes"
Mike : "do you remember the details of the photo for the marriage interview?"
Robert : "yes. I remember everything , including the company name and the name of the son"
Nath : ( i wasn't watching, so i don't know for sure, but ..it wasn't a very long time, but he can remember
all of it.. as i though, Robert is somebody father and Mike can trust...)
Mike : "okay, then look into the relationship between that company and that sly Uncle. Even if this
engagement would be beneficial to the Jones Group.. that man wouldn't advise an engagement
unless it had some merit for him"
Robert : "understood. I will start investigating immediately"
Mike : "okay. if you find anything out, there's a safe in my room , right? put it in there"
Robert : "understood"
Nath : "is it okay not to have it handed personally to you?"
Mike : "that sly uncle is in the group too. We don't know who our enemies are, right? so i only give the
key to people i can trust, and everything i need is stored there"
Nath : "i see.."
Robert : "then i will investigate immediately, please excuse me"
Robert nodded respectfully and then gurriedly walked away from us
Nath : "Mike.."
Mike : "you don't have to look so worried.."
Mike hugged me firmly to erase my anxiety
Nath : "m-mike! other people will see.."
Mike : "i don't care. your uneasiness is more important to me than worrying about what other people
are seeing"
Nath : "...thank you"
Mike : "plus, i have no intention of handing you over to another man"

Nath : "i believe you, Mike"
Mike : "if you believe me, then i'll protect you from anything"
Nath : (when Mike says that, it's mysterious, but i really think that everything will be okay..)
Mike : "but it's mysterious.."
Nath : "eh?"
Mike : "i tried giving up on you so many times. But now i can't even think of letting you go. it's like that
time was all a lie"
Nath : "..don't let me go Mike..all i do is worry you, Mike, but you're still the one love"
Mike : "nath.."
Nath : "w-we have to go soon or dinner will get cold! let's go..mmph!"

I couldn't finish my words. The reason being that Mike had pressed his lips against mine
Nath : "..mm.."
Mike : "i'll believe in your words just as you believe in mine"
I noticed that Mike's eyes seemed uneasy
Nath : (oh, so Mike's worried about me and Johanes too..)
As if to tell him to trust me, I kissed Mike back
Mike : "nath..!"
As we kissed, we forgot that we were in the hallway
